DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?
As much as I would love to be able to make one-off products that are requested, I simply don't have the time to create more products independent of those in the store.
It's not something I'm open to or accepting at this time.

WHO MAKES YOUR PRINTS?
Each print is uniquely special, they are printed from originals that I make by hand. They are printed in my studio and hand cut to your specific size. The prints I produce are made on high quality paper and ink.

WHEN DO YOU RELEASE A NEW WORK?
There is no set amount of products I create each month or set day I release them. Releases usually happen individually by piece or as a collection. All new releases are announced via social media or through my newsletter.

SHIPPING TIMES AND EXPECTATIONS
The order is sent with ALL the purchased products.
If any product is missing, your order will not be shipped. You will be informed so that you can exchange it for another of the same value or request a refund for said product.
They are sent in a bubble bag or cardboard box depending on the products purchased, always well closed and protected.

Delighted Papers does NOT apply taxes to its products or to the total order.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped in the order they are received.
A notification will be sent to you with the tracking number.
Please note that once a package leaves our facility, it is no longer under our control.
Canary Islands: 1-4 days
International: 3-12 weeks or more
Shipping will also depend on how long your package takes to process through customs.
If you have any problems during shipping, please contact your local post office immediately and/or us.
The customer is responsible for providing an updated shipping address.

RETURN POLICY
Delighted Papers offers a 14 calendar day return period from the date of receipt of the product.
Exclusive personalized products made for you are NOT returnable.
Any return the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
It will be sent by certified mail with its respective tracking number and the package documentation must be attached to the email address stationery@delightedpapers.com
The order to be returned must be in perfect condition and not have been used.
It must contain the same items received and in their original packaging.
IMPORTANT WHEN DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
If upon delivery of your order you see that your package has been tampered with (open, taped, broken, etc.)
YOU MUST REFUSE TO PICK IT UP
Please ask to open your package at your office to verify that no products are missing.

If you decide to pick up the package , YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY .
If any product is missing, broken, tampered with, etc.
Delighted Papers is NOT responsible .
NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU
Since we will not know who manipulated said package and you decided to pick it up that way.
